Because medical literature may emphasise certain risk factors more than others, clinicians’ perceptions of the importance of these risk factors may vary from their real-world contribution. This study compares clinicians ranking of risk factors for non-ST elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI) with ranking of factors according to contribution to actual outcomes.
