Book Review

The cardiac version of Pocket Radiologist is a wonderful overview of 100 cardiac diagnoses. It has images that are either, diagnostic from MRI, Sestamibi scanning angiography or plain X-ray, and some excellent illustrations. It covers the features one sees on the chosen imaging modality, a differential diagnosis list and some comments on the pathologic findings and clinical issues. It also presents selected references relating to the diagnosis. The quality of the images is exceptional and the authors have obviously taken a long time to find such clear examples.
